The Creighton Cheese Company was founded in November 1996 and is currently owned and run by two families, who also farm within the Creighton District.
The Creighton Cheese Company has been functioning for just over 21 years and has been under new ownership since 2012.
The Factory runs 365 days a year with roughly 60 000 liters of milk being pumped into our silos to produce 6 tones of cheese daily.
Our staff are all from the local community and have been trained in producing only the finest quality cheese.
Creighton Valley produces a range of different types of cheeses.
These include:
- Cheddar
- White Cheddar
- Black Pepper Cheddar
- Vintage Cheddar
- Pesto Cheddar
- Cayenne Pepper Cheddar
- Gouda.
