The Safety Management System addresses all relevant Pre-Requisite Programs and includes, but is not limited to Cleaning & Sanitation, Staff Health & Hygiene, Training, Maintenance, Internal Audits, Corrective Action System, Calibrations, Control of Non-Conforming Products, Cross Contamination Control, Supplier Quality Assurance, Temperature Control, Pest Control, Traceability & Recall, Food Defence, Waste & Pollution Management and Management Review of the system.
