Apart from our regular 1st Grade Cheddar, Gouda, White Cheddar and Vintage Cheddar we also make delectable Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper and Pesto Cheddar. These cheeses can be indulged in with almost everything. Crafted in batches using only the freshest cow's milk and spices giving a lovely smooth bursts of flavor. These cheeses are excellent on sandwiches, barbecue burgers and crackers or just melt it over your favourite dishes!
The Factory runs 365 days a year with roughly 70 000 litres of milk being pumped into our silos to produce 6 tonnes of cheese daily.
